Demuestra por definición que ddx(x2)=2x\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(x^2\right) = 2x.

  1. f′(x)=lim⁡h→0(x+h)2−x2hf'(x) = \displaystyle \lim_{h \to 0} \frac{(x + h)^2 - x^2}{h}.
  2. Desarrollamos: (x+h)2−x2=x2+2xh+h2−x2=2xh+h2(x + h)^2 - x^2 = x^2 + 2xh + h^2 - x^2 = 2xh + h^2.
  3. Para h≠0h \neq 0: 2xh+h2h=2x+h\frac{2xh + h^2}{h} = 2x + h.
  4. Cuando h→0h \to 0: 2x+h→2x2x + h \to 2x.

Resultado final: ddx(x2)=2x\dfrac{d}{dx}\left(x^2\right) = 2x
