Sea f(x)=x2+xf(x) = x^2 + x. Simplifica, para h≠0h \neq 0:

f(x+h)−f(x)h\frac{f(x + h) - f(x)}{h}
Ver solución
  1. Evaluamos: f(x+h)=(x+h)2+(x+h)=x2+2xh+h2+x+hf(x + h) = (x + h)^2 + (x + h) = x^2 + 2xh + h^2 + x + h.
  2. Restamos f(x)=x2+xf(x) = x^2 + x: f(x+h)−f(x)=2xh+h2+hf(x + h) - f(x) = 2xh + h^2 + h.
  3. Factorizamos hh: h(2x+h+1)h(2x + h + 1).
  4. Dividimos entre h≠0h \neq 0: h(2x+h+1)h=2x+h+1\frac{h(2x + h + 1)}{h} = 2x + h + 1.

Resultado final: f(x+h)−f(x)h=2x+h+1\dfrac{f(x + h) - f(x)}{h} = 2x + h + 1
